Preferred Landscapes Design and Planning maintains all its newly designed projects. Each project
has a horticultural strategy to maintain entire landscape, hardscape and water feature on a regular
basis. Our goal is to maintain project from inception for aesthetics and practical purposes. Our clients
are treated on a individual basis addressing all their concerns. Throughout season our clients are
continually kept informed of status and progress maintaining their landscapes.

Landscape Maintenance: Performed on a weekly basis. Professional equipment utilized to provide
outstanding performance and results throughout landscapes. Areas of special needs, such as small
lawn areas around pools will be serviced with smaller mowers with bag collection. Any grass that
may fall into pool is quickly removed with pool nets. Special attention given to final cleanup. All
walkways, entry areas, pool, drive and sidewalks given thorough cleaning and removal of all debris.

Selective pruning Services: Performed on a monthly basis. Attention to detail extremely important
with pruning techniques. Proper pruning equipment utilized for optimum results in aesthetics and
overall form of plants. All pruning cuttings removed from bedding areas preventing unsightly debris
and avoiding potential disease.


Special Requests: Clients that entertain often will require additional care and service. All requests
addressed immediately and put on schedule to meet their needs. Service can include helping stage
specific area , introducing flower arrangements , setting up social areas all at clients requests.

Estate Management: Concierge's to large estates. Excellent service for those that travel and clients that
require special arrangements.

Maintenance Service Areas : Winter Park, College Park and Maitland.
